Fukuoka Airport Domestic Terminal

Fukuoka Airport Domestic Terminal is home of the vast majority of domestic and regional services to different destinations within Japan.

Even the Domestic facility is considered a single terminal, it consists of three buildings concentrated in four levels plus a couple of basement levels where the subway is located.

Levels

B2F

Subway Fukuokakuko (Airport) Station.

Services: Stairs, lifts, bank, currency exchange, ATMs, coin operated lockers, AED.

Other services: Lottery, security room.

B1F

This is just a transfer level to the first floor.

Services: Bank facilities, security room, lockers, AED.

1F

Arrivals and ground transportation (bus, inter-terminal shuttle, taxi).

Facilities are divided into the Arrivals North and the Arrivals South.

Please note that the Departure lounge is slightly separated from the main terminal.

Each section has its information desk.

Services: Mother’s room, toilets, public telephones, DEA, airline counters, ATMs, smoking room, forgotten deposit place, lockers, airport lounges, waiting rooms, relaxation room, postbox, convenience store, food, drink and retail services.

2F 

Departures.

As well as Arrivals, departures have their own section, both north and south.

Boarding gates: 1-8 and 9-12.

There’s a parking walkway to immediately access to the parking facility.

Each section has its own services: Toilets, mother’s room, DEA, public telephones, pharmacy, medical clinic, dental clinic, food, drink and retail concessions, mobile chargers, smoking room, airline lounges, children’ play zone.

3F

Arrival concourses of both Departures north and south.

Note that each section has its own transit counter.

Services: Smoking rooms, lifts, escalators, food and drink, toilets, mother’s room, DEA, flight information display.

4F

Observation deck.

This is the observatory floor, where passengers can get a panoramic view of the airport runway.
