We know riding a taxi in Japan may seem a great idea, but before considering boarding one, please take into account that they might be expensive and many drivers don’t speak English – That is why some won’t stop for foreigners.

On the other hand, house numbering in Japan is so confusing that even taxi drivers get lost! To ease your ride, make sure to have in hand the telephone number of your destination to help the driver find the address easily.

Find below the location of the taxi stands at both airport terminals:

Domestic Terminal: There are three taxi stands, just one in front of buildings 1, 2 and 3.

International Terminal: Taxi rank is located outside the arrival area, 1F.

The main taxi operator at Fukuoka Airport is Fukuoka City Taxi Association.
